Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Saudi Fisheries Company accepted the resignation of Chairman Abdulaziz Abdullah Al Humaid on 27 September 2026.
Al Humaid, who served as a non-executive member of the board, cited private circumstances as the reason for his departure.
The resignation became effective on 27 September, the same day it was submitted and approved by the board. Al Humaid had been a member of the board since 3 September 2024.
In a regulatory filing, the company expressed its gratitude to Al-Humaid for his contributions and efforts during his tenure on the board and its subcommittees.
The disclosure did not name a successor for the chairman position or provide further details regarding the board's plan to fill the resulting vacancy.
