Riyadh – Mubasher Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) announced the resignation of Mater Saud Hatilan Al Enazi from his position as an independent member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Audit Committee.
The resignation was submitted and accepted by the board on 6 September, with immediate effect.
Al Enazi, who joined the board on 8 July 2026, cited personal circumstances as the reason for his departure.
The company confirmed that his membership officially concluded on 6 September 2026, ending a tenure that began earlier in the year.
Saudi German Health did not immediately name a successor for the vacant board seat or the chairmanship of the Audit Committee.
In the six-month period that ended on 30 June 2026, the listed group recorded net profits valued at SAR 67.82 million, an annual drop of 63.56% from SAR 186.12 million.
