Riyadh – Mubasher: The Middle East Healthcare Company (Saudi German Health) appointed Yousef Abdulrahman Al Zamea as the chairman of its audit committee, effective 13 September.
The decision was finalized by a board resolution passed on 9 September.
Al Zamea, an independent board member, will serve in this capacity until the current board term concludes on 7 July 2030.
He brings more than 20 years of experience in risk management, compliance, and governance within the financial sector. He currently serves as the Chief Risk, Compliance, and Cybersecurity Officer at Tawreed for Financing Solutions. His professional background includes leadership roles at the Capital Market Authority (CMA) and credit auditing experience at Al Rajhi Bank.
The audit committee now comprises four members: Yousef Al Zamea as chairman, Osama Tayeb as an independent director, and two external members, Khalid Al Harfi and Atef Khan.
All members are scheduled to remain in their positions until the end of the term on 7 July 2030.
The company, which operates under the Saudi German Health brand, confirmed the appointment aligns with its corporate governance and oversight requirements.
