Riyadh - Mubasher: Salama Cooperative Insurance Company has received on Tuesday, 2 June 2026, a notification from the Insurance Authority (IA), for renewing the company qualifying license for practice medical insurance.
The license is valid for one year starting from 2 July 2026 until 1 July 2027, according to a bourse filing.
In the first quarter (Q1) of 2026, the company suffered 90.61% year-on-year (YoY) lower net losses at SAR 3.32 million, compared to SAR 35.42 million.
The insurance revenues climbed by 22.36% YoY to SAR 161.37 million as of 31 March 2026 from SAR 131.66 million.
