Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Marketing Company (Farm Superstores) posted a 28.33% year-on-year profit growth during the third quarter of 2019.
Net profits amounted to SAR 4.53 million in the July-September period of 2019, compared to SAR 3.54 million in the year-ago period, the company said in a statement to the Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Sunday.
The profit rise was ascribed to the fall in selling and distribution expenses as well as general and administrative expenses.
Over the nine-month period ended 30 September, Farm Superstores logged a net profit of SAR 5.7 million, declining by 3.9% year-on-year from SAR 5.95 million.
