Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Printing and Packaging Company has appointed Adel bin Marzouq Al Nasser as its new Chairman for the coming three years.
The board also named Muhammad Amin bin Dawood Kashgari as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse filing.
The two officials assumed their new roles for a new term that commenced on 7 May 2024 and will remain in position until 6 May 2027.
Last year, Saudi Printing incurred 1,334.92% higher net losses at SAR 132.30 million, compared to SAR 9.22 million in 2022.
Revenues fell by 22.09% to SAR 779.16 million in 2023 from SAR 1 billion a year earlier, while the loss per share hiked to SAR 2.21 from SAR 0.15.
