Saudi Steel Pipe’s unit inks SAR 300mn offshore contract with Subsea Seven

Riyadh - Mubasher: Global Pipe Company, a subsidiary of Saudi Steel Pipe Company, has signed a contract valued at SAR 300 million with Subsea Seven Saudi Company (SS7).

The agreement covers supplying specialized line pipe for the SS7 offshore redevelopment project, according to a bourse filing.

The contract, signed on 28 January 2026, is expected to be executed over a period of up to 11 months. Meanwhile, the financial impact is anticipated to be reflected in the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.

In July 2025, Saudi Steel Pipe appointed Mohammed AbdulAziz AbdulRahman Al Shayea as Chairman of the Board for a three-year term.
