Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Ministry of Municipal, Rural Affairs, and Housing signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with LOGIC Consulting to support and empower services in order to enhance the capabilities of property contractors and developers across the Kingdom, according to an official press release.
The MoU was signed by Abdul Rahman bin Abdullah Al Taweel, the ministry’s Undersecretary for the Agency for Stimulating Housing Supply and Real Estate Development, and Amr Osman, the Chairman of LOGIC Consulting.
Under the agreement, LOGIC Consulting will provide a wide range of services, including comprehensive strategic consulting as well as governance, to real estate contractors and developers in Saudi Arabia.
KSA Country Manager at LOGIC Consulting, Mostafa El Ghorab, stated that the company plans to draw on its 25 years of expertise in the region to provide the ministry with top-notch consulting services. It further aims to become a reliable and authoritative source that offers consultations and tailored solutions in a bid to boost the long-term sustainability of clients' enterprises.
The Saudi ministry, meanwhile plans to achieve a homeownership rate of 65% by 2025 and further raise it to hit 70% by 2030.
