Riyadh — Mubasher: Scientific & Medical Equipment House Company has received a contract award notice on 25 August 2026 for a project at King Khalid University, according to a bourse disclosure.
The contract is valued at SAR 24.40 million, including value-added tax, and spans a duration of three years.
The agreement covers the provision of clinical medical support services and equipment maintenance for the clinics and laboratories at the university’s dental hospital.
Scientific & Medical Equipment House stated that the financial impact of this project is expected to be reflected in its financial results starting from the fourth quarter (Q4) of 2026.
The listed entity further confirmed there are no related parties involved in the transaction.
