Mubasher: Seef Properties announced on Wednesday that it has established a new company worth BHD 40 million, in order to develop a mixed-use real estate project in Hamala area, the Northern Governorate.
“Construction works are scheduled to begin by the second quarter of 2017, and set to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2018,” Seef Properties’ CEO, Ahmed Yusuf Abdulla Yusuf, said.
The company’s Chairman, Essa Mohamed Najibi, said that the project is part of Seef Properties’ strategy to develop its investments and expand the real estate sector, according to a bourse filing.
