Riyadh – Mubasher: The net profits after Zakat and tax of Al Hassan Ghazi Ibrahim Shaker Company (Shaker Group) hit SAR 61.43 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2023.
The recorded net profits were higher by 75.83% than SAR 34.93 million in 9M-22, according to the interim income statements.
Revenues increased by 18.07% to SAR 976.67 million in 9M-23 from SAR 827.19 million in the same period a year earlier.
The earnings per share (EPS) stood at SAR 1.27 as of 30 September 2023, marking a year-on-year (YoY) growth from SAR 0.72.
Financial Results for Q3-23
During the third quarter (Q3) of 2023, the Tadawul-listed firm posted a 96.81% YoY leap in net profit after Zakat and tax to SAR 16.77 million, versus SAR 8.52 million.
The company generated revenues amounting to SAR 322.71 million during July-September 2023, an annual surge of 36.99% from SAR 235.57 million.
On a quarterly basis, the Q3-23 profits grew by 5.60% from SAR 15.88 million in April-June 2023, while the revenues rose by 4.99% from SAR 307.39 million.
Last year, Shaker Group logged net profits after Zakat and tax valued at SAR 32.83 million, up 19.72% from SAR 27.42 million in 2021.
