Sharqiyah Desalination’s unaudited financial statements showed a decline of 25.93% in profits of the first quarter in 2016, according to a statement.
The Omani firm posted earnings worth OMR 93,430 ($241,890) in Q1-16, compared to OMR 126,130 ($326,560) in Q1-15.
Total revenues stood at OMR 2.39 million ($6.21 million) in Q1-16, compared to OMR 2.58 million ($6.7 million) in Q1-15; a drop of 7%.
