Riyadh — Mubasher: The board of Shmoh Almadi Company has approved the resignation of executive board member Idris Mohammed Idris Abu Abukalam.
The resignation was submitted on 1 September and became effective on 2 September 2026.
According to the regulatory filing, Abu Abukalam stepped down from his position due to personal circumstances. He had served as a member of the board since his appointment began on 26 June 2024.
The board of directors expressed its appreciation to Abu Abukalam for his contributions and efforts during his tenure with the company.
No immediate replacement was named in the disclosure. Shmoh Almadi is listed on the Saudi Exchange's Parallel Market (Nomu).
In the first half (H1) of 2026, the company recorded an annual leap of 702.82% in net profit to SAR 3.46 million compared to SAR 431,132.
