Cairo – Mubasher: The unaudited consolidated financial results of Modern Shorouk Printing and Packaging showed a 71.6% year-on-year (YoY) growth in its net profits during 2019.
The company achieved net profits of EGP 41.33 million last year, up from EGP 24.08 million in 2018, according to bourse disclosure on Sunday.
In the meantime, sales went up to EGP 1.549 billion in 2019, compared to EGP 1.541 billion a year earlier.
As for standalone business, the company’s net profits grew to EGP 80.43 million in 2019 from EGP 70.57 million in the prior year.
It is noteworthy to mention that in the January-September period of 2019, the company’s net profits almost tripled to EGP 33.92 million from EGP 11.43 million in corresponding period a year earlier.
