Cairo - Mubasher: The ordinary general meeting (OGM) of Sidi Kerir Petrochemicals Company (Sidpec) passed cash dividends of EGP 0.50 per share for 2025.
These dividends will be paid on 31 December 2026, according to a bourse filing.
Last December, the Egyptian company announced plans to disburse EGP 226.80 million in bonus shares at a nominal value of EGP 2 per share.
During 2025, Sidpec reported 55.38% lower net profit after tax at EGP 1.13 billion, compared with EGP 2.53 billion a year earlier.
