Cairo – Mubasher: South Cairo and Giza Flour Mills and Bakeries (SCFM) has turned into losses during fiscal year 2018/2019, dragged by higher operating costs, the company’s board of directors announced.
The company suffered net losses of EGP 38.067 million from July 2018 to last June, against a profit of EGP 25.949 million in the year-ago period, according to a statement to the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) on Monday.
Meanwhile, revenues retreated to EGP 191.34 million in the 12-month period ended 30 June from EGP 355.54 million in the corresponding period a year earlier.
