Riyadh – Mubasher: Southern Province Cement Company will distribute a cash dividend of SAR 1.25 per share, representing 12.5% of par value, for the first half (H1) of 2021.
The total number of shares eligible for distribution stands at 140 million, according to a bourse filing on Thursday.
The cement company will pay the dividends on 22 August for the shareholders of record date 10 August.
