Riyadh - Mubasher: The net profits attributable to the owners of Sumou Real Estate Company hit SAR 135.25 million in 2025, higher by 26.88% year-on-year (YoY) than SAR 106.60 million.
The earnings per share (EPS) amounted to SAR 2.71 as of 31 December 2025, compared with SAR 2.13 a year earlier, according to the income statements.
Moreover, the revenues hiked by 21.70% YoY to SAR 522.68 million at the end of 2025 from SAR 429.50 million.
Dividends for H2
Sumou Real Estate’s board decided to distribute cash dividends worth SAR 25 million for 50 million eligible shares for the second half (H2) of 2025.
The Tadawul-listed company announced a dividend of SAR 0.50 per share, representing 5% of the nominal share value.
Meanwhile, the eligibility and distribution dates will be 10 and 21 May 2026, respectively.
During the first nine months (9M) of 2025, Sumou Real Estate logged net profits of SAR 108.59 million, up 30.40% YoY from SAR 83.27 million.
