Riyadh — Mubasher: Tabuk Agricultural Development Company (TADCO) announced that electronic voting for its extraordinary general meeting (EGM) will commence on 27 August at 1:00 AM, according to a bourse filing.
The meeting is slated to take place on 31 August at 6:30 PM to address a proposed 80% reduction in the company's capital, after the Capital Market Authority (CMA) ratified the request in July 2026.
The EGM follows an initial invitation issued on 5 August 2026. Shareholders registered on the Tadawulaty platform can cast their votes remotely starting from the designated time and until the conclusion of the assembly.
The meeting will be held at the company's guest palace in Tabuk and will also be accessible via modern technology.
If the legal quorum for the first meeting is not met, a second session will be held one hour after the scheduled end of the first meeting.
TADCO confirmed that registration and voting services are available free of charge to all shareholders through the Tadawulaty website.
Shareholders may also submit inquiries regarding the agenda items to the investor relations department.
