Abu Dhabi- Mubasher: The Tourism Development and Investment Company (TDIC) announced on Monday releasing additional townhouses at the Saadiyat Lagoons District, in addition to the two and three-bedroom units for sale, according to the company’s press release.
TDIC has now added four-bedroom units, all of which are designed as contemporary style townhouses, the report indicated.
TDIC launched this project back in April of this year, and works are on track in preparation for the main construction of the project, stated the report.
The contractor has already mobilised on site for the enabling works, and a contract for main construction works will be awarded before the end of this year, it added.
“Saadiyat Island boasts some of the world’s biggest names in culture such as Zayed National Museum, Louvre Abu Dhabi and Guggenheim Abu Dhabi, and in education too, with New York University Abu Dhabi and Cranleigh Abu Dhabi – both of which are fully functional today,” said the chairman of TDIC Ali Majed Al Mansoori.
“This project has been designed to encourage more active and outdoor living, and with the nearby leisure, education and cultural offerings that the Island boasts, this development will provide residents with a comprehensive and unique lifestyle experience,” added Al Mansoori.
