Cairo - Mubasher: The shareholders of Talaat Moustafa Group Holding Company (TMG Holding) approved distributing EGP 618.19 million in cash dividends for 2025.
The real estate developer will disburse a dividend of EGP 0.30 per share over two equal tranches, according to a bourse filing.
The first installment will be distributed on 31 May, while the second will be paid on 31 July 2026.
During 2025, TMG Holding generated 42.50% year-on-year (YoY) higher consolidated net profits after tax and non-controlling interests, amounting to EGP 18.20 billion, compared to EGP 12.76 billion.
