Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced a price adjustment for Dallah Healthcare Company following the approval of a capital increase through the issuance of bonus shares.
The stock’s fluctuation limit for the trading session on 31 August 2026 has been calculated based on a reference price of SAR 85.40, according to a bourse disclosure.
The adjustment follows an extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on 30 August 2026, where shareholders approved the board's proposal to increase the company's capital.
As part of the regulatory process for corporate actions, all outstanding orders for the stock have been cancelled.
The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) is scheduled to deposit the new bonus shares into shareholder portfolios before the start of trading on 2 September 2026.
This move is part of the healthcare provider's strategy to strengthen its capital base through the capitalization of reserves.
Dallah Healthcare shares will continue trading under the newly adjusted price limits as the market absorbs the expanded share supply.
