Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the adjustment of the daily fluctuation limit for the Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) shares based on a reference price of SAR 90.65.
This adjustment follows the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) held on 3 September 2026, where shareholders approved a capital increase through the issuance of bonus shares.
As part of the corporate action, all existing orders for the stock have been canceled. The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) is scheduled to credit the new bonus shares to shareholder portfolios before the start of trading on 8 September.
The capital hike aims to strengthen the financial position of the insurer in line with its long-term growth objectives.
Tawuniya is one of the largest insurance providers in the Saudi market, and the adjustment ensures that the market price reflects the expanded share base resulting from the bonus issue.
