Tadawul closes Thursday on mixed note

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) ended Thursday’s trading session on a varied note.

The main Tadawul All Share Index (TASI) levelled down by 0.39 points to close at 12,291.54 points. The turnover reached SAR 6.74 billion through the trading of 183.51 million shares.

The majority of the sectors rose, led by the telecommunication services sector, which went up by 1.10%. However, the software segment was the top faller with 1.02%.

Naseej International Trading Company was the top gainer with 9.58%, whereas Sadr Logistics Company headed the losers with 5.21%.

Dar Alarkan Real Estate Development Company was the most active stock on which 16.18 million shares were exchanged, while Saudi Telecom Company (stc) posted the highest turnover of SAR 515.42 million

Meanwhile, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session up at 21,837.09 points after gaining 78.92 points (0.36%).

Aljouf Mineral Water Bottling Company topped the risers with 9.38%, whereas Saudi Parts Center led the decliners with 3.68%.
