Tadawul closes Thursday on varied note

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) gained 235.24 points (2.11%) on Thursday, closing the session at 11,405.32 points.

The turnover amounted to SAR 6.37 billion through the trading of 172.24 million shares.

The majority of the sectors ended the session in green, topped by the banks which rose by 2.72%. Meanwhile, the diversified financials segment led the decliners with 0.24%.

Yanbu Cement Company advanced the risers with 10%, while Arriyadh Development Company led the fallers with 1.91%.

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Company (Petro Rabigh) was the most active stock on which 11.97 million shares were traded, while Al Rajhi Bank generated the highest trading value of SAR 499.31 million.

On the other hand, the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) closed the session in the red zone after losing 45.79 points (0.23%) to reach 19,870.82 points.

Obeikan Glass Company was the top faller with 5.16%, while Amwaj International Company led the risers with 8.43%.
