Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the start of the subscription period and rights trading for Naseej International Trading Company, with both phases set to commence on 1 September 2026.
The rights trading period is scheduled to conclude on 8 September 2026, according to a bourse disclosure.
While trading of the rights ends on that date, the subscription period for new shares will remain open for investors until 13 September 2026.
Tadawul noted that the permitted fluctuation limits for rights trading prices differ from the standard price fluctuation rates typically applied to shares.
Investors can access the daily indicative value of the rights and the specific price fluctuation limits on Tadawul website following the market close throughout the trading period.
This capital increase process allows existing shareholders to exercise their eligibility to subscribe to new shares or sell their rights in the market.
