Tadawul ends Thursday in red zone

Riyadh – Mubasher: The benchmark All Share Index (TASI) as well as the Nomu-Parallel Market Capped Index (NomuC) of the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) closed Thursday’s trading session lower.

TASI fell by 58.41 points (0.49%) to hit 11,847.72 points at the end of the session.

The turnover totalled SAR 6.47 billion through the exchange of 234.06 million shares.

The food and beverages segment topped the gainers with 1.19%, while the software and services sector led the decliners with 2.46%.

Al Babtain Power and Telecommunication Company advanced the risers with 4.98%, while Saudi Automotive Services Company (SASCO) led the fallers with 7.09%.

Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) dominated the trading volume and value with 25.15 million shares at SAR 814.77 million.

Similarly, NomuC closed the session lower after losing 70.09 points (0.28%) to 24,519.50 points.

Fesh Fash Snack Food Production Company was the top riser with 9.37%, while Natural Gas Distribution Company led the fallers with 5.08%.
