Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the suspension of trading shares oof National Gypsum Company starting Thursday, 10 September 2026.
The regulatory action follows the company’s failure to publish its financial statements for the period ending 30 June 2026, within the legally prescribed timeframe.
The suspension follows a previous announcement made by the exchange on 12 August, regarding the company's disclosure requirements.
Under market listing rules, the suspension will remain in effect until National Gypsum publishes the required financial results.
The exchange stated that the move is part of its commitment to ensuring market transparency and protecting investors by enforcing compliance with periodic disclosure regulations.
Trading will only resume once the company fulfills its reporting obligations to the market.
