Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) resuspended trading on Rawasi Albina Investment Company and Amwaj International Company, effective Sunday, 4 October.
The regulatory action follows the companies' failure to publish their financial statements for the period ending 30 June 2026 within the mandatory statutory period.
This suspension follows a previous announcement regarding the disclosure requirements on 2 September.
Trading will remain suspended until the companies announce their financial results.
