Tadawul ratifies Morgan Stanley as market maker for Sadr Logistics

Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has approved a request from Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia to commence market-making activities for Sadr Logistics Company, according to a disclosure on 25 August 2026.

The mandate is scheduled to begin on 26 August as part of the exchange's ongoing efforts to enhance liquidity and price discovery for listed securities.

Under the terms of the approval, Morgan Stanley Saudi Arabia must adhere to specific performance requirements to ensure market stability for the logistics firm.

These obligations include a minimum presence of orders for at least 50% of the trading session. Additionally, the market maker is required to maintain a minimum order size of 75,000 and ensure that the maximum price spread does not exceed 2.00%.

The exchange noted that the minimum traded value requirement is not applicable for this specific mandate.

All activities will be conducted in accordance with the established market-making regulations and procedures set by the Saudi Exchange.

This appointment follows the exchange's framework to deepen the kingdom's capital markets by ensuring consistent bid and ask prices are available for investors.
