Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) witnessed the execution of six negotiated deals on Monday, 20 July 2026.
The transactions totaled SAR 48.90 million in value, involving a combined volume of 2.31 million shares.
These transactions represent private agreements between buyers and sellers executed outside the regular order book and do not impact the prevailing market price of the securities.
Jadwa REIT Saudi accounted for the highest volume of activity during the session, with three separate deals totaling approximately SAR 17.96 million.
The largest single transaction for the fund involved 1.22 million shares valued at SAR 13 million, priced at SAR 10.63 per unit.
Two additional deals for the same REIT were executed at the same price point, valued at SAR 3.76 million and SAR 1.19 million.
The Saudi National Bank (SNB) recorded two identical negotiated transactions. Each deal consisted of 270,500 shares at a execution price of SAR 38.34, resulting in a combined value of SAR 20.74 million for the banking entity.
Al Moosa Health Company also saw a significant off-market trade where 88,641 shares changed hands at SAR 115 per share. The total value of the transaction reached SAR 10.19 million.
Negotiated deals are executed by Tadawul upon the agreement of a buyer and a seller on specific shares and prices, in accordance with the exchange's regulations and the Capital Market Authority’s (CMA) requirements.
These trades are reported separately from the main market turnover and do not influence the high, low, or last transaction prices of the stocks involved.
