Tadawul reports SAR 71.5m in negotiated deals

Riyadh – Mubasher: Institutional and private investors executed seven negotiated deals on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) totaling SAR 71.43 million on Monday, 31 August.

These off-market transactions involved a combined volume of 1.63 million shares across four listed companies, representing trades conducted outside the standard order book.

Banque Saudi Fransi recorded the largest single transaction of the session. A block of 1.17 million shares was traded at a price of SAR 21.90 per share, resulting in a total deal value of SAR 25.77 million.

Meanwhile, Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Company saw the highest frequency of activity with four separate negotiated deals. These transactions were executed at prices ranging between SAR 117.80 and SAR 118.10, contributing a combined SAR 27.48 million to the daily turnover.

Mouwasat Medical Services Company registered a transaction valued at SAR 13.59 million, involving 210,196 shares at a price of SAR 64.70.

Additionally, Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Medical Services Group saw 19,176 shares change hands at SAR 238.50 per share for a total value of SAR 4.57 million.

Negotiated deals are executed when a buyer and seller agree on a specific price and quantity in accordance with Tadawul regulations.

These transactions do not affect the closing price of the security, the day's high or low, or the broader market index.
