Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) halted trading of four companies listed on the Parallel Market (Nomu) for one session on 2 September, as they failed to publish financial results for the period ended on 30 June 2026.
The companies are Rawasi Albina Investment, Ghida Alsultan for Fast Food, Alhasoob Trading, and Amwaj International Company.
Under the listing rules and procedures for suspending traded securities, trading in the affected shares is scheduled to resume for 20 sessions commencing 3 September. The companies are required to publish their financial results before the end of 1 October 2026.
Tadawul stated that if any of the companies fail to announce their financial statements by the specified deadline, trading will be re-suspended effective October 4, 2026. The suspension will then remain in place until the required financial disclosures are provided to the market.
This move underscores the exchange's commitment to transparency and the adherence of listed entities to continuous disclosure obligations.
