Tadawul suspends trading on 4 stocks

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul) on Monday announced that it has suspended trading on the stocks of four companies due to not disclosing their financial results for the first quarter of 2019.

The four companies are Alujain Corp, Halwani Bros Company, Walaa Cooperative Insurance Company, and National Agricultural Marketing Company (Thimar), according to the bourse’s statement.

Trading on the four stocks will be resumed as of Tuesday, 13 May, for twenty sessions, while the suspension will be reinstated on 18 June in case of not disclosing first-quarter financials.
