Tadawul to facilitate Accelerated Bookbuild for SPIMACO through negotiated deals

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) has announced the activation of a special session to facilitate an accelerated bookbuild process for the sale of a stake in Saudi Pharmaceutical Industries and Medical Appliances Corporation (SPIMACO).

The transaction involves the sale of up to the entire holding of the Arab Company for Drug Industries and Medical Appliances (ACDIMA) in SPIMACO, with GIB Capital acting as the global coordinator and bookrunner, according to a bourse filing.

Tadawul will activate a session prior to the opening auction specifically for negotiated deals involving SPIMACO shares on 6 September 2026.

This session will be restricted to market members participating in the bookbuild process.

Following the conclusion of this special window, regular market hours for all listed securities will proceed as scheduled, with the standard opening auction commencing at 09:30:00.

All negotiated deals executed during this pre-market session on 6 September 2026 will be reflected on Tadawul website under the dedicated negotiated deals page.

The move follows the framework for institutional tranches participating in accelerated bookbuild operations through negotiated deal mechanisms.
