Riyadh — Mubasher: The Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) announced the suspension of trading on the shares of Ladun Investment Company effective from 26 August 2026.
The suspension will last for a period not exceeding five trading sessions as the company completes its transition from the Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market, according to a bourse filing.
The move follows the exchange's prior approval on 9 August 2026 regarding the company's application to list on the Main Market and the subsequent availability of the transition document to the public.
Tadawul stated that the formal date for the listing and commencement of trading on the Main Market will be announced once all necessary regulatory procedures are finalized.
Ladun is shifting its listing to the primary exchange in line with regulatory frameworks that allow qualified companies on Nomu to move to the Main Market.
Meanwhile, the temporary halt is a standard procedural requirement to update exchange systems and ensure a synchronized transfer of the company's shares to the new trading platform.
