Riyadh – Mubasher: Banque Saudi Fransi registered a negotiated deal executed during the 31 August session on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
The transaction was executed on 1.17 million shares at SAR 21.90 per share for a total value of about SAR 25.77 million.

At the end of June 2026, the lender’s net profits after tax jumped by 4.63% year-on-year (YoY) to SAR 2.87 billion from SAR 2.74 billion.
