Tadawul witnesses SAR 102.5m transactions on Tuesday

Riyadh – Mubasher: Institutional and private investors executed 10 negotiated deals on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) totaling SAR 102.35 million.

The transactions involved a total volume of 3.78 million shares across three listed companies, according to market data.

Saudi Aramco accounted for the largest share of activity, recording seven separate transactions. The largest single deal for the oil major involved 1.21 million shares priced at SAR 26.24 per share, valued at SAR 31.96 million.

The remaining six deals for the company were also executed at SAR 26.24, with values ranging between SAR 5.01 million and SAR 9.08 million.

Electrical Industries Company (EIC) witnessed a single large transaction of 958,426 shares. The deal was executed at a price of SAR 15.05 per share, resulting in a total value of SAR 14.42 million.

Rasan Information Technology Company recorded two transactions totaling approximately SAR 16.67 million. Both deals were executed at a price of SAR 147.30 per share, involving 56,580 and 56,579 shares respectively.

Negotiated deals are trades executed by buyers and sellers outside the regular order book but within the exchange's price limits and regulatory framework. These transactions do not impact the last trade price, the daily high or low, or the general market index.
