Riyadh – Mubasher: National Environmental Recycling Company (Tadweer) appointed Abdulaziz Al Nafea as the Chairman of the board for the coming three years.
The firm also announced Abdulmohsen Abdulaziz Al Fares as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
Furthermore, Nasser Muhammad Al Dueb was appointed as the Managing Director of Tadweer.
The three officials assumed their roles for a new board term that commenced on 17 September 2023 and will remain in position until 16 September 2027.
It is worth mentioning that the board members greenlighted the two appointments during their meeting that was held on 17 September.
Last January, Tadweer announced a joint deal valued at SAR 42.70 million with Tebrak Trading and Contracting Company as well as Mounes Mohamed Alshayeb for Civil Construction (MOBCO).
