Riyadh – Mubasher: Takween Advanced Industries Company suffered net losses worth SAR 51.39 million in the first nine months (9M) of 2025, which were 98.98% higher than SAR 25.82 million in 9M-25.
The loss per share nearly doubled to SAR 0.67 as of 30 September 2025 from SAR 0.38 in the same period a year earlier, according to the income statement.
The industrial company delivered 14.92% lower revenue at SAR 449.92 million in 9M-25 when compared to SAR 528.86 million in 9M-24.
Accumulated Losses
Takween registered accumulated losses totaling SAR 349.74 million as of 30 September 2025.
The amount accounted for 45.74% of the company’s SAR 764.64 million capital.
Income Statement for Q3
In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, Takween recorded 10.40% lower net losses at SAR 15.82 million compared to SAR 17.66 million in Q3-24.
The revenue also declined by 9.43% to SAR 166.54 million in Q3-25 from SAR 183.89 million in Q3-24.
On a quarterly basis, the Q3-25 net losses were 39.25% lower than SAR 26.04 million in Q2-25, while the revenue grew by 20.35% from SAR 138.38 million.
It is worth noting that Takween announced, in October 2025, its plan to establish SAR-denominated Sukuk programs in compliance with Sharia.
