Riyadh – Mubasher: Taqadum International Company for Communications and Information Technology named Abdullah Mohammed Abdullah Al Shuraim as the new Chairman of the board.
The tech firm also appointed Mishal Muhammad Nasser Al Kathiri as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.
Saud Mohammed Abdullah Al Shuraim was announced as the Managing Director as well as CEO.
The three officials took over their roles for a new board session that began on 29 December 2023 and will remain in position until 29 December 2027.
Earlier this month the board members agreed to transfer the company’s transfer from the parallel market (Nomu) to the main market.
