Riyadh — Mubasher: The Company for Cooperative Insurance (Tawuniya) has commenced its electronic voting for its Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM), which is scheduled to take place at 07:00 PM on 3 September 2026.
The meeting, to be held via modern technology, follows an initial invitation issued by the company on 6 August 2026.
Shareholders are invited to cast their votes on the assembly's agenda items, which primarily include a proposal for a capital increase.
Voting is conducted through the Tadawulaty platform, where registration and participation are provided free of charge to all shareholders.
The company confirmed that a live broadcast of the meeting will be accessible through the Tadawulaty system.
The electronic voting period remains open until the conclusion of the assembly.
