Cairo - Mubasher: Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development has received offers from three companies bidding for the Heliopark development project.
Majid Al Futtaim Properties, Mountain View, Hassan Allam Properties have submitted their offers to develop the 1,695-feddan project, the company said in a bourse disclosure on Wednesday.
All financial and technical bids will be reviewed by the company.
In July, Heliopolis Housing postponed the date for submitting technical and financial offers for the development of Heliopark project to 10 August instead of 27 July.
In April, a source told Mubasher that 10 real estate developers purchased the conditions booklet to partner with Heliopolis Company in developing the project over an area of 1,695 feddans in New Cairo.
