Riyadh — Mubasher: Arabian International Healthcare Holding Company has signed a contract with the Ministry of National Guard’s Health Affairs at a value of SAR 67.87 million, according to a bourse disclosure.
The agreement was officially signed on 24 August 2026 to supply orthopedic and spinal medical requirements under tender number NPT0035/23.
The contract was awarded to International Medical Supplies Company, a subsidiary 100% owned by Tibbiyah.
The scope of work covers a duration of 540 days, or approximately 18 months, in accordance with the technical specifications and conditions set by the ministry.
Meanwhile, the initial award for this portion of the tender was previously announced on 15 January 2026.
Tibbiyah expects the financial impact of this contract to begin appearing in the company’s financial results during the third quarter (Q3) of 2026.
The company further confirmed there are no related parties involved in this transaction, adding that it continues to expand its specialized medical supply portfolio within the Saudi healthcare sector through its various subsidiaries.
