Riyadh – Mubasher: Tihama Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company has officially announced its decision to file an appeal against a recent ruling by the Committee for Resolution of Securities Disputes (CRSD), according to a bourse disclosure.
The CRSD’s decision, which rejected Tihama Advertising’s claims in a lawsuit against the Middle East Financial Investment Company (MEFIC Capital), marks a significant development in a legal dispute involving the management of the Saudi Film Fund.
The latest announcement serves as a follow-up to the listed company’s previous disclosure dated 29 October 2025, in which Tihama Advertising detailed the commencement of legal proceedings against MEFIC Capital, specifically targeting the firm’s role as the manager of the Saudi Film Fund.
