Mubasher: Topaz Energy and Marine, a subsidiary to Renaissance Services Company, said Thursday that three vessels were detained by the Nigerian authorities and restricted from moving out and trading in Nigeria by the High Court in the city of Port Harcourt.
A lawsuit was filed against the company as a result of a business dispute in Nigeria, according to a bourse statement.
Topaz said that it does not expect any major financial impact from this event.
