The ENNAKL Automobiles Company reported having crossed the 10% threshold in the downward direction in the capital of the company Arab Tunisian Lease (ATL) and this, following the increase in the capital of that company, in accordance with the note of operation referred to by the CMF on February 19, 2019.
The official Tunisian dealership of Volkswagen, Seat, Porsche, Skoda and Audi, which has not followed the increase, now holds 2,666,921 shares, or 8.21% of the capital of ATL.
