Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi Arabia has witnessed the launch of two events on 27 January 2025 where attendees and speakers from across the globe discuss the future of real estate and franchising.
The Real Estate Future Forum is taking place at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh under the theme ‘Future for Humanity: Shaping Dreams into Reality’.
The forum is attracting more than 15,000 visitors and above 300 speakers from over 85 countries. It is expected to witness more than 50 strategic agreements in addition to deals value crossing SAR 100 billion.
The property event aims to establish a transformative platform where real estate leaders and innovators drive a thriving, sustainable industry that fuels economic growth and enhances urban life.
Meanwhile, the Saudi Franchise Expo (SFE) 2025 is being held at Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center (RICEC) in the capital of Saudi Arabia.
SFE opens doors to local brands looking into franchising both regionally and internationally in addition to providing the right consultancies and educational programmes to support aspiring business owners.
The expo is bringing together approximately 10,764 visitors with reach from 18 countries. More than 340 agreements are forecast to be penned during the event, which represents an opportunity for 170 brands in the franchising segment.
Both events are taking place for three days until 29 January, serving the objectives and goals of the Saudi Vision 2030 while developing the non-oil business sectors.
