UAE stock markets close Tuesday in green

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) gained 26.30 points (0.65%) and ended Tuesday’s trading session at 4,074.72 points.

The trading value amounted to AED 391.61 million through the exchange of 96.04 million shares.

Emirates NBD recorded the highest turnover of AED 123.14 million, while Ajman Bank was the most active stock with 12.66 million shares.

Mashreq Bank advanced the gainers with 6.66%, whereas Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance Company headed the losers with 10%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) went up by 0.054% to 9,822.31 points.

A total of 193.98 million shares were traded at a value of AED 952.79 million, while the market cap value reached AED 2.86 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) witnessed the highest turnover of AED 227.96 million, whereas Eshraq Investments dominated the trading volume with 32.66 million shares.

Palms Sports topped the risers with 14.90%, while Sharjah Cement and Industrial Development Company led the fallers with 8.39%.
