UAE stock markets close Wednesday’s session up

UAE – Mubasher: The main index of Dubai Financial Market (DFM) went up by 12.30 points (0.29%) on Wednesday and ended the trading session at 4,130.02 points.

The turnover amounted to AED 302.13 million through the exchange of 182.54 million shares.

Emaar Properties generated the highest turnover of AED 60.94 million, whereas Ekttitab Holding Company was the most active stock with 29.34 million shares.

BHM Capital led the risers with 14.92%, while National International Holding topped the decliners with 3.44%.

Likewise, the benchmark index of the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) ended the session higher by 0.305% at 9,796.75 points.

A total of 255.32 million shares were traded at an amount of AED 1.23 billion, whereas the market cap hit AED 2.97 trillion.

International Holding Company (IHC) posted the highest turnover of AED 257.44 million, while Q Holding dominated trading volume with 33.52 million shares.

Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials led the gainers with 14.69%, while Abu Dhabi National Takaful Company headed the fallers with 10%.
